As you leave Enfield on The Ridgeway (A1005) Chase Farm Hospital is clearly signed and visable on your righthand side.
Enter the main entrance of the hospital and go to the clocktower reception. The clinic is held in the Orthoptist Room which is first left past the reception and third door on the right
